About the Willamette Valley
Our tours include comfortable transportation, water and snacks, a fully customized winery itinerary, and a knowledgeable guide who handles all the planning and driving for the day. We take care of winery reservations and make sure your group has a seamless, relaxing experience from start to finish. Tasting fees are paid directly to each winery on the day of your tour — we'll let you know what to expect in advance so there are no surprises.
Our full-day tours visit three wineries, which gives you plenty of time to truly enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. If you'd like to visit more or fewer wineries, let us know in your booking.
Wineries in the Willamette Valley are typically open from noon to 5:00 pm, so a tour typically runs 6-7 hours including pick-up and drop-off. This gives you ample time to visit multiple wineries and soak in the scenery. We schedule your day based on your availability. If you need to start earlier or later just let us know, we know which wineries have more generous availability and can schedule accordingly.
Yes — all of our tours are private and fully customized for your group. You won't be sharing a bus with strangers. We come to you with comfortable transportation and build a tour around what your group actually enjoys.
Absolutely. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, bachelorette party, anniversary, or just a great weekend with friends, we design the day around your tastes and preferences. Love Pinot Noir? Want to focus on small family-owned wineries? Looking for outstanding food pairings? Just let us know and we'll build the perfect itinerary.
Our tours are always private, so we will accommodate any size group and you can rest assured that you will not be sharing a bus with strangers. We recommend at least 4 week's notice for groups larger than 4, and at least 8 weeks' notice for groups larger than 7. Holidays and summer are especially busy, and many wineries have reduced hours in winter. Contact us if you have any questions at info@wvwinecountrytours.com
