For the eco-conscious wine lover, the Sustainable Sips Wine Tour offers a thoughtfully curated journey through Oregon wine country, focused on wineries committed to sustainability, biodiversity, and environmental stewardship.
Spend the day visiting five McMinnville-area wineries that go beyond just making great wine—they do it with deep respect for the land, the ecosystem, and future generations. These vineyards are leaders in organic, biodynamic, and regenerative farming, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn firsthand how these methods influence not only the health of the vineyard but the complexity and quality of the wine itself.
You’ll explore tasting rooms surrounded by pollinator gardens, native plant landscapes, and vineyard rows teeming with life. Some of the winemakers you'll meet utilize on-site composting, solar energy, and zero-waste practices. Many embrace a philosophy of minimal intervention, letting nature lead the process from grape to glass.
