By purchasing a ticket for any Willamette Valley Wine Country Tours event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All Sales Are Final All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before completing your purchase. Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person. Please contact us with the name of the new ticket holder prior to the tour. Event Cancellation Policy In the unlikely event that Willamette Valley Wine Country Tours must cancel a tour, your ticket will remain valid and may be rescheduled for another available date. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to arrange a suitable alternative. Changes to Tour Details Tour itineraries, including stops, timing, and vendors, are subject to change due to availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to make adjustments to ensure the best possible guest experience. Participant Responsibility By attending, guests acknowledge they are participating in an event that may involve alcohol consumption and assume full responsibility for their own safety and behavior.
